At Carolina Yoga Company in Carrboro, Lauren offers Prenatal Yoga Wednesdays 5:45-7:00 PM, Yoga 101 (a series) most Wednesdays 7:15-8:30 PM, and Alignment Yoga Fridays 12:00-1:00 PM. She also offers regular Prenatal Reunion classes, Partner Prenatal workshops, and a Yoga for Motherhood /Parenthood series. Please see our workshops and series info for more offerings!

At Carolina Yoga Company in Carrboro, Alexandra offers Pilates Mondays 4:30-5:30 PM and Flow Yoga Tuesdays 4:30-5:30. She also teaches Meditation Mix on some Wednesdays at 6:00 PM on rotation with other instructors and Pilates on some Saturdays 4:30-5:30 on rotation with other instructors.
On Sundays 5:00-6:30, she teaches a popular class called Yoga for Healthy Aging in Saxapahaw at The Bridge at Rivermill. She also offers regular Postnatal Yoga workshops and series. Please see our workshops and series info above for more offerings!
