The Whole Mama Yoga Retreat

Join Alexandra and Lauren of Whole Mama Yoga for a retreat that is honest, nourishing, heart-opening, community-oriented, and spirit reviving at the beautiful Rock Quarry Farm on the outskirts of Chapel Hill. We want to accommodate as many possibilities for this retreat as we can, so there are lots of options for joining us. On Friday, we'll connect, practice a grounding and restorative yoga practice, and then socialize over snacks and wine. For participants who spend the night, we'll offer a light and nourishing breakfast on Saturday morning. And then everyone will come together on Saturday from 9:00-3:00 for yoga, a tasty and nutritious lunch, connection and journaling time, and surprises! You can come just for Saturday, join us for both days, or even choose to stay at the Farm overnight. It’s going to be a glorious weekend for renewal, yoga, and mamahood!
