This workshop will provide a supportive, fun, and nurturing environment for expectant moms and their birth partners. We will focus on poses that are beneficial throughout pregnancy and during labor (both for pregnant women and those who love them) and learn breath, massage, and relaxation techniques designed to relieve some of the challenges of pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. Enjoy a relaxing and nourishing afternoon connecting with yourself, your partner/friend/support person, and your little one.
Suitable for all trimesters. No previous experience with yoga is necessary.
