Join Lauren Sacks, Alexandra DeSiato, or Liz Harden on Sundays to learn ways to take care of yourself in the new days of motherhood. We'll talk about getting good sleep for both you and your baby, learn yoga that can be helpful postnatally, discuss ways to support yourself amidst so much change (mantra and breath work), and share ideas, concerns and joys with other new parents. This series will offer a way to connect with other moms and to learn about how to offer yourself care using the tools of yoga during this special time. All birth and adoptive parents are welcome and encouraged to join us, regardless of gender identity. The full series of 4 classes is $60, but don't worry if you miss one! You can always make up a missed day in the next postnatal wellness series, offered every other month.
