Join Lauren, Alexandra, and Liz on Sunday afternoons at Loving Kindness Yoga School to learn ways to take care of yourself and your little one during pregnancy and beyond. We'll talk about getting good sleep for both you and your baby, learn yoga that can be helpful prenatally and postnatally, discuss ways to support yourself during labor (including massage and breath work), and share ideas, concerns and joys with other pregnant students. This sweet series will offer a way to connect with other moms-to-be and to learn about how to offer yourself care during this special time. This drop-in series is by donation, with a suggested donation of $10-20 per class. (We’d love for you to join every week, but it’s just fine to drop-in, too!)
Every week we’ll do yoga, and we’ll also discuss maintaining a healthy core and back during pregnancy, mindfulness, sleep (for you and for baby!), yoga and tools for a healthy labor, and postpartum planning and recovery. Join us!
