Join Lauren Sacks, Alexandra DeSiato, and Liz Harden on Sundays to learn ways to take care of yourself and your little one during pregnancy. We'll talk about getting good sleep, learn yoga that can be helpful, discuss ways to support yourself during labor (including massage and breath work), and share ideas, concerns and joys with other pregnant students. This series will offer a way to connect with other moms-to-be and to learn about how to offer yourself care using the tools of yoga during this special time. All birth and adoptive parents are welcome and encouraged to join us, regardless of gender identity. The full series of 4 classes is $60, but don't worry if you miss one! You can always make up a missed day in either the next prenatal wellness series or our postnatal wellness series, each offered every other month.
