AUGUST: Prenatal Yoga with Mary

This 45-minute live online class is safe for all trimesters of pregnancy, and all levels of ability, whether you are a seasoned yoga practitioner or a complete beginner. In this class, you will learn movements and breathing techniques that prepare your body for birth, as well as poses and movements that can prevent or relieve common pregnancy aches and pains. The class will end a few minutes of intentional rest.

Class offers an opportunity for pregnant folks to connect with their own changing body, their growing baby & other people moving through the same phase of life. Re-connect with your mind, body & spirit after giving birth. Postnatal Yoga is generally offered as a slow flow yoga class that encourages mindful strength-building alongside soothing & supportive stretching. Class is appropriate for birthing people 6 weeks or more postpartum who have experienced any type of birth. Your baby is welcome to attend class with you.

JANUARY: Baby & Me Yoga with Erin

Baby & Me Yoga (for babies 0-11 months old + 1 caregiver) is a time for baby and caregiver to connect, move & breathe together. Class will always include a group check-in for connection & support, followed by caregiver focused movement, baby focused movement, and relaxation.
You can expect a supportive environment where you & your baby can come as you are! Our yoga practice will incorporate subtle strengthening & corrective movement to repair, heal & tend to your postpartum body. We will also always include movement to ease the aches & pains of the newborn phase as well as provide soothing breathwork & meditation to manage stress.
