In postpartum recovery, private yoga can support your journey toward reconnecting with your body with sessions focusing on your core, your glutes, back pain, healing after a caesarean birth & correcting diastasis recti.

Private Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga with our friend Mary Reddinger

Online or In-Person

Mary provides private yoga classes to folks in Chapel Hill, Carrboro, Pittsboro, Durham, Hillsborough, Cary, Apex and Morrisville, NC, as well as online private yoga classes. Mary is an experienced private yoga teacher & a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Private Family Yoga with Erin

Online or In-Person

Erin is available for private family yoga sessions. These playful & fun sessions are most appropriate for children ages 1 - 4 & their caregivers, but can be customized for children of all ages. Generally sessions are capped at 10 families total & can be facilitated at your home, in a local park or at a location of your choice. Private family yoga sessions are 30-45 minutes long. Erin is also available to teach family yoga at your school!

Private Yoga for Motherhood with our friend Courtney

Online or In-Person

Have you ever wanted to try a private yoga class 1:1, or perhaps with a small group of your mom friends? Courtney is available to come to your home in the Raleigh area to facilitate a class, specifically tailored to your needs. She is also available for private online classes.
