Welcome to Baby & Me Yoga with Erin. This 20-minute session is designed for the morning, but can be practiced at anytime throughout the day. Repetition of this sequence will be grounding for both you & for your baby.

This practice is a part of a 2-part YouTube Baby & Me Yoga series that we created just for you, so that you can practice Baby & Me Yoga anytime…anywhere. Baby & Me Yoga is a practice designed to help you reconnect with yourself after giving birth and/or parenting an infant. It is also a great way to bond with your baby in a soothing, calm, mindful environment. It is also a time for you to catch your breath & slow down.
